The relaxing pace of Slow Flow Vinyasa classes at Vital Yoga allows you to move deeper into poses and breathing while staying mindful of your movements.  These classes offer safe foundations for those just beginning their yoga practice.  Likewise, these classes are great for students with a regular yoga practice who wish to move deeper into familiar poses.  Classes are accompanied by great music playlists designed to compliment the pace and feeling of each class.  The music both relaxes and inspires you!  Class always ends with a restorative Savasana (final relaxation pose), often accompanied by aromatherapy and essential oils, that will leave you feeling refreshed, peaceful and open-hearted.
